Polymer Components has the unique capability to be able to Cast, Transfer, Compression or Extruded Silicone products from 5A to 90A.

Rubber Extrusions

We have the capabilities to Extrude Rubber and Polyurethane Products up to six inches wide to 50 feet long. Neoprene, Silicone, EPDM, SBR, Nitrile, etc.

FDA Materials

Polymer Components FDA Materials range from 10 Durometers to 85D and are formulated using FDA approved.  Some of our applications include: Liners, Rollers, Belts, Discs Food Bucks, etc.

Poly Soft

Polymer Components has developed a line of Soft cast-able Polyurethanes that range in hardness from 10A to 60A for many applications. We have replaced numerous of Foam applications using these new durable Polymers. Some applications include, Rollers, Liners, Gaskets, Membranes, etc.

Poly Cast (Cast Plastic)

Polymer Components has developed a line of Cast Polyurethane Components that range in hardness from 50D to 85D. These materials have given our customers the cost effective solution to replace costly machine plastics or Injection molded parts while decreasing tooling cost. Parts can be molded from a few grams to 1,000 pounds.

Plastic Injection Molded

Polymer Components has experience with Thermoplastic Elastomer and other Engineered Plastics.  Polymer Components offers In-House Tooling and flexible to Rigid Compounds.
